* 12 (1") Prime Chevon (goat) chops
Marinade:
* 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
* 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped
* 1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
* 2 Tbsp. sodium reduced soy sauce
* 1/4 c. cider vinegar
* 1 tsp. dried mustard
* 2 Tbsp. honey
* 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1. Combine all of the marinade ingredients and mix well. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag, add chops and marinate overnight.
2. Pour all ingredients into an oven proof dish and cover. Preheat oven to 300°F and allow chops to simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated.
